Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Our staff begin each week with a briefing that opens with prayer. They also gather for prayer in the college chapel on Wednesday mornings and participate in a staff spirituality day annually.
New staff to the college are offered an induction to Marist spirituality through the Livable Spirit program, facilitated by Marist Sisters. Staff also have the opportunity to be involved in Marist retreats and pilgrimages as well as other faith formation activities.
